Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment for necessary paper work to be completed.
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge . We ask that you respect this policy as we only make the reservation for you and you alone with your therapist.
Please leave your children and pets at home. We do love them; however, this time is designated for you to relax and unwind.
Please silence your cell phones before entering the salon so you may fully relax during your time, and as a consideration to other clients.
Healing Hands Appointment Policies
To ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire at Healing Hands, please make reservations in advance, on-line, or over the phone. A valid credit card is required at time of booking.

Please note: We have a $3.49 surcharge on all credit debit and ATM cards. We ONLY accept chipped cards. You may pay with cash to avoid the surcharge fee. Checks will be accepted once you are an established guest of the Spa. The surcharge enables us from raising our ever increasing operating costs.

Any returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee. (No out of State checks accepted)

Prepaid Packages, Promotions and Specials:
To take advantage of a price break on any of our package services, payments must be in full at time of purchase.
Sessions are not transferable or refundable and every session must be used.
There are no rollover sessions or make-up sessions on any of these visits.

Returns and Refunds:
We are sorry but there are no refunds or exchanges on Services, or Purchased Products at any time. No exceptions!
Please see the manager if you are unsatisfied with any service received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
To avoid a full charge on your scheduled appointments, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
Cancellations and Fees:
Please cancel appointments within 24 hours or by calling 925 -362-9892 during normal business hours.
Failure to cancel, No Show and No Call will result in a full service fee charge and will be due and payable prior to your next appointment.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If you start your treatment late, it will be on your time and will be charged full price. Please be prepared to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late.
We hold ALL appointments with a credit card. Failure to provide this information will result in inability to schedule any and all appointments. Credit card will be charged on all no shows appointments per our policy.
Evening and weekend appointments fill up quickly, so please call ahead to book your appointments. Office hours vary depending on therapist availability. Visit us at our San Ramon spa.
